Who we are<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff !important;-webkit-text-fill-color:#ffffff !important\">Neurasafe FZC LLC is the controller responsible for your personal data. Scope<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff !important;-webkit-text-fill-color:#ffffff !important\">This policy applies to personal data we process about website visitors, prospective customers, account holders and their authorised users, and people who contact us through our website forms, email, WhatsApp, or social media channels. It does not cover third-party websites we link to but do not control.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>3. Personal data we collect<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"color:#ffffff;-webkit-text-fill-color:#ffffff\">\n<li><strong>Account &amp; identity data<\/strong> \u2014 name, work email, company name, job role, and login credentials.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HSE content you provide<\/strong> \u2014 the documents, records, and inputs you upload or generate through the Platform. This may include information about your personnel where you choose to include it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communications<\/strong> \u2014 messages you send us via contact forms, email, WhatsApp, or social media, including content and metadata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Billing data<\/strong> \u2014 subscription plan and transaction records (card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usage &amp; device data<\/strong> \u2014 pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and similar technical information.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cookies &amp; similar technologies<\/strong> \u2014 see Section 9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. How we use your data<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"color:#ffffff;-webkit-text-fill-color:#ffffff\">\n<li>To provide, operate, and maintain the Services and your account.<\/li>\n<li>To generate, draft, and manage HSE documentation at your request.<\/li>\n<li>To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.<\/li>\n<li>To process subscriptions and payments.<\/li>\n<li>To improve and secure the Services, prevent fraud, and maintain audit and access logs.<\/li>\n<li>To send service-related communications and, where permitted, updates you can opt out of.<\/li>\n<li>To comply with legal, regulatory, and audit obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Automated and AI processing<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff !important;-webkit-text-fill-color:#ffffff !important\">The Platform uses artificial-intelligence models to help draft and analyse content. Inputs you provide may be processed by these models to produce outputs for you. We do not use your confidential HSE content to train third-party foundation models, and AI-assisted outputs support\u2014not replace\u2014your professional judgement. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving generated documentation before relying on it.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>6. Legal bases for processing (GDPR)<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff !important;-webkit-text-fill-color:#ffffff !important\">Where GDPR applies, we rely on: <strong>performance of a contract<\/strong>; <strong>legitimate interests<\/strong> (to secure, improve, and support the Services); <strong>consent<\/strong> (for optional marketing and certain cookies, withdrawable at any time); and <strong>legal obligation<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>7. How we share your data<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ffffff !important;-webkit-text-fill-color:#ffffff !important\">We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"color:#ffffff;-webkit-text-fill-color:#ffffff\">\n<li><strong>Service providers (sub-processors)<\/strong> who process data on our behalf under contract \u2014 including cloud hosting, AI model providers, email delivery, and messaging platforms.
